Neil Hines

Neil Hines has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Neil currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at FARMAFIELD since January 2019. Prior to that, Neil was the President of New Business Development at Nexus Medical Systems LLC starting from June 2017. From May 2014 to May 2017, they worked as the Plant Engineering Manager at TOTALL Metal Recycling, Inc. Neil also had a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles. These include Design Engineer - Global Packing from April 2013 to March 2014, Project Engineer - Initiative Delivery from October 2010 to April 2013, and Process Engineer from June 2008 to October 2010. Additionally, Neil gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Procter and Gamble from June 2007 to August 2007.

Neil Hines obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University, where they attended from 2002 to 2007. Neil also pursued further education at Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management from 2004 to 2007.
