Matthew Reeves

Matthew Reeves is an experienced operations manager currently providing consultancy and operational management support at FarmaTrust since February 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew has accumulated extensive experience in various organizations, including positions as Operations Manager and Operations Director in self-employed and Roosters Piri Piri from 2015 onwards. Additional roles include Business Development Manager at Greene King and Area Operations Manager at Amsric, where support was provided for the implementation of a "One System Approach" in process management. Matthew's career began at McDonald's Corporation and has since included leadership positions at Pizza Hut and KFC UKI, contributing to operations and training.
