Stephen Shepard

Stephen Shepard has worked in the poultry industry since 2015. Stephen began their career at Miller Amish Country Poultry, where they held the roles of Vice President of Live Operations, Director of Live Operations, and Live Production Manager. In 2019, they moved to Pilgrim's, where they were Head of Operations Role - Big Bird East and Complex General Manager - Case Ready. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Farmer Focus - Shenandoah Valley Organic as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Executive Vice President, Operations, Quality, EHS.

Stephen Shepard attended North Carolina State University.
