Michael A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career in 2004 as the Head of Schools Support Department at Digital Education Group, where they were responsible for business development and project management of the company's eLearning program. Michael then moved on to Busy4G as a Centres Operations Manager, overseeing the company's Internet cafes and business incubators.

In 2010, Michael joined Vodafone as a National Internet Cafe Manager before taking on roles such as National Data Manager and Alternative Channels Manager. In these positions, they led commercial data initiatives and implemented sales strategies, including launching a mobile agriculture product called FarmersClub.

Michael then joined PEGAfrica in 2017, where they held various roles such as Partnership Sales Manager and Head of Marketing & Partnerships. Michael was responsible for marketing strategy implementation, partnership development, and the initiation of solar irrigation projects for farmers.

In 2016, Michael founded MM Consult, a startup focused on delivering extra-curricular and after-school learning solutions. Michael also worked as a Business Consultant and Acting General Manager for Unihead Group, a research and advisory firm.

Most recently, Michael has been working at Farmerline Group as the Deputy Director and Acting Director of Marketing & Communications.

Michael A. obtained a B.Sc. degree in Botany from the University of Ghana in 2002. Michael also obtained a high school degree in Biology from Presbyterian Boys Secondary School in 1996. In 2007, Michael earned a Certificate in Marketing Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Michael later pursued an MBA degree in Marketing at Sikkim Manipal University from 2008 to 2010. Michael has also obtained several additional certifications in various subjects, including Generative AI for Digital Marketers from LinkedIn in 2023, and Brand Leadership and Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in 2021.
