Since 1920, FARMERS has had a reputation as a steady resource in the industrial market. Our reputation is grounded in repeat service to many significant, industry-leading companies.

We deliver on our commitments through the highest standards of professionalism and technical and administrative excellence.

FARMERS has generations of experience in operating a successful industrial fabrication facility and field services firm. Our management and operations team holds ten patents. We pull from our internal generational workforce, our incredible network of leadership, field supervision, and craft, and our diverse mix of formal training, field education, and project experience in the region’s operating facilities. We also covet our commitment to the industry and the local community through association leadership service and volunteerism.

Our Core Values guide our company’s actions. We will never compromise in the constant delivery of:

Integrity. We earn our reputation for integrity by honoring the pillars of Honesty, Safety, Environment, and Wellness.

Excellence in Results. We expect to deliver perfection on every project by leveraging learning opportunities to evolve and consistently improve our services. We believe that every job is an audition for the next partnership!

Commitment to People. Our people are not assets; they are friends and family. Our first commitment is to the employees (and their families) who drive our company's success and who help exceed client satisfaction.

Accountability. Responsibility, ownership, and an old-fashioned “We Do What We Say” conviction are deliverables for every project.

Community. We are successful when the employees, clients, and communities we serve succeed.
