Shivam Kumar

Shivam Kumar currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Farmley since January 2022, previously holding the position of Operations Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Store Manager at Reliance Retail, where responsibilities involved retrieving and analyzing store performance data and driving action points to meet targets. As an Area General Manager at OYO, Shivam led a team of 20 hotel managers across 58 properties, focusing on enhancing guest experience. At Gron Energy, Shivam managed and executed solar projects exceeding 10MW across India. Early career experiences include internships at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Art of Living International Center, and Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram Thermal Power Project. Shivam is currently pursuing an Executive Programme in Project Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, while holding a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering & Technology.
