Mark Leidy's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 1979, they joined Monsanto Company as an Executive Vice President, leading the company's manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and corporate environmental and safety areas. Mark remained in this role until 2009. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Chairman and Founder of Farmer's Business Network, Inc. In 2015, they became a Senior Consultant at Fatmers Business Network, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they became an Independent Board Member at Subsea Global Solutions, and in 2020, they held the same position at Salford Group. Additionally, in 2010, they worked as an executive consultant and retained advisor at GENNX360 MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC. In 2020, they joined Invaio Sciences and FarmTrace as a Limited Partner, supporting these ventures.
Mark Leidy attended the University of Michigan from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Iowa, completing it from 1991 to 1992.
