Amber Penney

Amber Penney is a startup enthusiast and the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of FARO Africa, where they focus on building companies and implementing strategies for growth. Previously, Amber served as a Co-Founder at a stealth startup and as Head of Strategy & Operations at XSV Laboratories. They held various leadership roles across organizations, including Interim Chief Executive Officer at Frontrow Hair and Head of Service at Reflective Learning. Amber earned a Bachelor of Business Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fresno Pacific University.
