Raphael Roque is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Diretor Jurídico and Head of Legal at Faro Energy since May 2019. Prior to this role, Raphael held the position of Diretor de Compliance e Gestão de Risco at Bell Rock Gestora de Recursos from November 2019 to January 2023, and served as Especialista Jurídico at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional from February 2018 to May 2019. Raphael's legal expertise spans civil and corporate litigation, administrative litigation, corporate recovery and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, contract law, financial operations structuring, and maritime law. Raphael holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Processo Civil from Universidade de São Paulo, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the same university, obtained in 2010. Educational background also includes attendance at CSA from 2000 to 2005.
