Roberta Avila

Roberta Avila has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and benefits management. Roberta currently holds the position of Director of Global Total Rewards, HRIS, HR Ops & Payroll at FARO Technologies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Benefits at Teledyne FLIR and as the Global Benefits Manager at FLIR Systems. Their earlier experience includes working as a Benefits Manager and Sr. Benefits Analyst at Knowledge Universe. Roberta began their career as an HR Manager at Blackwell's Book Services.

Roberta Avila completed a Total Rewards - Compensation Studies Certificate Program at Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Portland State University between 1994 and 1996. In 1988-1990, they attended Oregon State University and studied Business, although they did not earn a degree from there.
