Faro Value S.p.A. SB operates as Lead Advisor of FARO Alternative Investments SCSp SICAV RAIF, a Luxembourg-based multi-strategy umbrella fund investing through multiple different sub-funds: FARO Real Economy, FARO Innovation, FARO Luxury, Fashion and Design.

FARO Value operates within the FARO ecosystem by carrying out the following activities:

• Independent consultancy activity to support the AIFM in the management of the SICAV and all of its sub-funds; 
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the specialized Advisory Companies that manage the specific investment strategies of their respective sub-funds; 
• Support the investment targeting activities and divestment opportunities together with the relevant Advisory Companies before transmission to the AIFM; 
• Identify synergies between sub-funds and complementary investment strategies and capitalizing on them, aiming to portfolio assets diversify the portfolio; 
• Support the development of initiatives or actions aimed at increasing the value of specific assets and companies in the portfolio; 
• Provide general support to the Advisory Companies when carrying out the consultancy activities, including ESG and staffing ones, entrusted to them by the General Partner and the AIFM; 
• Support market research, the creation of new sub-funds and the identification of new Advisory Companies specialized in complementary investment strategies.

FARO Value commits to follow UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) to fully align with the responsible investment strategy of the SICAV and with the policy of the General Partner, which adheres to the UN PRI network since 2024.
