Joab Williamson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Joab started their career at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, where they gained expertise in medications and advised patients on ailments. Joab then moved on to Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they served as a Clinical Trial Pre-Production Coordinator, Clinical Project Manager, and Manager of Project Management. In these roles, they managed projects, developed proposals, and oversaw various aspects of clinical trials. Most recently, they worked at Faron as a Clinical Supply Chain Manager and Director of Program Management and Clinical Operations. In these leadership roles, they provided strategic direction, managed budgets, and oversaw the end-to-end development cycle of clinical programs.
Joab Williamson completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Medical/Health Management from Wrexham University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Behavioral Finance (PCert) at Duke University in 2019 and 2020. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Science with a focus on Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at The University of Salford. Joab obtained their GCE (A Levels) qualification in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Studies, and Maths from Holy Cross College, UK, between 2011 and 2013. Joab also completed their GCSE's with 10 A-B qualifications, including Maths, English, and French, at Castlebrook High School, UK, from 2006 to 2011. Joab has additional certifications in Drug Development Product Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), PMEC Project Management Certification, Line Management Level 3, Project Management Systemation training, and Good Clinical Practice.
