Dane Garlasco

Dane Garlasco is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Faropoint since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dane worked at Citadel from June 2021 to March 2024 in talent acquisition, and at Coda Search from August 2011 to March 2021 as Managing Director. Dane's career began at Kforce, where responsibility included serving as Director of Recruiting and Account Executive from August 2007 to August 2011. Dane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, obtained between 2003 and 2007, and has also studied at Charles University in 2005.
