Farpoint was created to answer a growing challenge: how to prepare operators and wider battlefield teams to integrate drones effectively in an environment that evolves faster than traditional training can keep up. Simulation-driven, operationally grounded and built for the realities of modern conflict, our approach mirrors the rapid shifts seen on today’s frontline. We are assembling the technology, partnerships and specialist expertise needed to deliver an advanced capability that supports NATO and partner nations preparing teams for complex, high-risk and EW-contested environments.

We design our training ecosystem around the demands placed on modern operators: precise FPV and small-UAS control, tactical decision-making, survivability in contested airspace, multi-asset coordination and rapid adaptation to emerging threats. Our approach blends high-fidelity simulation with frontline insight, creating training conditions that reflect current conflict dynamics.

We work with defence organisations and industry partners to build a scalable, deployable solution that can support consistent delivery, repeatable standards and measurable performance outcomes. This provides a stable foundation for organisations developing tactical UAS capability, ensuring training can be scaled, assessed and refreshed as missions evolve.

Our aim is to ensure that as frontline tactics evolve — rapidly and relentlessly — training evolves with them. Farpoint’s model is built to adapt, update and reflect real-world change, keeping operator skills relevant, realistic and ready for the demands of tomorrow’s missions.
