Ross Neill has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting as an Engineer Intern at Farrans Construction and progressing to roles such as Graduate Engineer and Finishing Supervisor. Their projects have included the redevelopment of Camden HNCC and Steppingly Road Care Facility. Ross also worked as a Sales Assistant at GO Outdoors LTD while pursuing their Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management at Ulster University. Their responsibilities have included setting out bolts for structures and overseeing the construction of swimming pools.
