Bria Kelly

Bria Kelly has a diverse work experience in various industries. Bria began their career at the YMCA of Roanoke Valley in 2017 as a Zumba Fitness Instructor. Bria then worked as a Dance Specialist at Camp Walt Whitman in 2018. In the same year, they joined Washington and Lee University as a Resident Advisor and also served as a Student Affairs Intern. Bria's experience with customer service began at Wegmans Food Markets, where they held roles such as Cashier, W-Kids Customer Service Representative, Service Desk Representative, and Meat Department Customer Service Representative from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they are the Department Head of Human Resources and Payroll at Farrell Roofing, where they previously worked as a Human Resources Associate from 2020 to 2022.

Bria Kelly attended Washington and Lee University from 2016 to 2020, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During their time at Washington and Lee University, Bria Kelly achieved the President's List for Academic Achievement in July 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
