Ryan Richard

Ryan Richard has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Mechanical Department Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Farris Engineering since September 2007, where a focus on client needs, cost, safety, reliability, and impact defines the approach to engineering excellence. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Shift Supervisor at 3M from November 2006 to September 2007 and served as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy from June 1997 to August 2006. Ryan earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University (2001-2004) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1995-1999).
