Faruq Ali and Company was established in 1967 
by (Late) S. Faruq Ali, a renowned Chartered 
Accountant of his time. Prior to establishing his 
own firm, he was the partner of Ahmed B. Khan 
& Co. Chartered Accountants, a premier firm of 
Chartered Accountants of that era. He was 
regarded as an expert on taxation and 
corporate matters, by the then business and 
professional circle. He actively participated in 
the activities of Institute of Chartered 
Accountants of Pakistan and Karachi Tax Bar 
Association. He read papers on issues related to 
various national & international forums
