Corrie Schroeder

Corrie Schroeder is an experienced professional specializing in organizational change management and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Currently serving as an Advisor at FarWell since November 2023, Schroeder also works as an Ad Hoc Consultant for Ridley Consulting Group. Previous roles include serving as the DEI and Communications Manager for Charter Next Generation from August 2022 to May 2023 and holding various positions at Northwestern Mutual, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2019 to 2022.
