Steven DeRosier is a highly experienced program and project management professional, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Program & Project Management at FarWell since March 2022. Previously, Steven held various senior management positions, including Senior IT Program Manager at Ardagh Group, where a contract role involved integrating an acquired glass plant into existing IT systems, and Senior IT Project Manager at Brambles, focusing on IT infrastructure projects. Steven's extensive background includes serving as Global Program Manager at both Ball Corporation and Rexam, where responsibilities encompassed managing mergers and acquisitions and overseeing significant IT separation projects. With a solid foundation in IT management established during earlier roles at Rexam and Snap On Tools, Steven combines strategic leadership with a comprehensive understanding of IT service delivery and project lifecycle management. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Environmental Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
