Randy Wilcox

Randy Wilcox is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the elevator and mechanical industries. Since 2016, Randy has served as President of R. Wilcox Consulting, providing strategic insights and guidance. Randy holds multiple board member positions at Pacific Mechanical and Electric, Vantage Elevator Solutions (which includes GAL Manufacturing and Hollister-Whitney), FarWest Fabricators, and BestWorth Rommel. Prior to consulting, Randy had a distinguished career at Otis Elevator Company, where roles included President of the Americas and President of the South Asia Pacific Area, overseeing significant revenues and workforce. Randy holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in Business Administration from Cedarville University.
