Ingrid Vergara is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Vice President of Communications and Corporate Affairs at the Federation of Colombian Insurers, Fasecolda. They hold a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad Externado de Colombia and have completed several specializations, including Political Marketing and Crisis Management. With over 30 years of expertise in corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management, Ingrid has significantly contributed to the journalism field through initiatives like the Premio Fasecolda al periodismo de seguros. Additionally, they have taught effective communication and spokesperson training at Universidad Externado de Colombia and have been recognized as the 2023 Best Communicator and Journalist of the Year by Gacetas de Colombia.
