They have held positions such as Partner and Lawyer at multiple law firms, including Balmains Law Corporation and Entrust Lawyers LLP, offering tailored strategies for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. An active participant in legal education, they frequently present for various organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society's Professional Legal Training Course. Alison served as Past Chair of the Okanagan Chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and as an elected representative for the CBA in Kelowna.
