Anthony Benevides

Anthony Benevides, CEDS, serves as the Assistant Director of E-Discovery Services at Fasken, where responsibilities include planning discovery projects for electronically stored information and paper, collaborating with legal teams, and training staff on litigation support technology. Prior experience includes a decade as a Law Clerk at Sim IP Practice, providing comprehensive litigation support across various court levels, including drafting legal documents and managing evidence databases. Anthony holds fellowships in Intellectual Property and e-Discovery and Computer Forensics from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, along with an Associate degree from the same institution and an Honours B.A. in Psychology from York University.
