Benjamin G. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Corporate/Commercial group at Fasken since February 2023. In this role, Benjamin advises a diverse range of clients on commercial, real estate, and financing transactions, including the preparation of complex documents for local, international, and cross-border deals. Prior to joining Fasken, Benjamin held a Partner position at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) from May 2018 to February 2023, and was a Partner at Lavery, de Billy from June 1998 to April 2018, where Benjamin progressed through the ranks from Articled Student to Associate and Partner.
