Daniel Lee, JD, serves as a Partner and Immigration Lawyer at Fasken since December 2020, also supervising law students at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in immigration, refugee, and citizenship matters. Previous experience includes leadership roles in immigration law at Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP and notable positions at Deloitte Canada and PwC Canada, where strategic immigration solutions were provided for global clients. A two-month secondment at Amazon’s Legal Department allowed Daniel Lee to gain insights into litigation and regulatory roles.
