Daniel Rivard

Daniel Rivard is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application and desktop administration. Currently serving as an Application and Desktop Administrator at Fasken since June 2018, Daniel previously held the position of Applications Administrator at DeGrandpré Chait from March 2014 to June 2018 and worked as an Applications Analyst at Heenan Blaikie LLP between November 2008 and February 2014. Daniel's expertise includes packaging and deploying applications using SCCM, GPO, and Active Directory, along with leading helpdesk operations and managing significant IT projects, such as firm-wide migrations. Earlier experience includes roles at CDMS as an IT Support/Consultant and at Bell Canada as a Quality Assurance/Technical Supervisor. Daniel Rivard holds a diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed between 2001 and 2003.
