David Ferris

David Ferris is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where a corporate lawyer has specialized in corporate and commercial lending transactions since 2004. These transactions often involve syndicated or bi-lateral loans, both secured and unsecured, and are frequently multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional. Prior to this role, David Ferris served as an articling student and summer student at the same firm. David Ferris obtained a J.D. from the University of Toronto and holds a degree in Honours Biology and Pharmacology from McMaster University, as well as additional education from Harvard Medical School.
