Erin Porter is a Partner in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group at Fasken, where employment began in October 2018 following over 11 years in an in-house legal role. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Labour and Employment Law from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching and English and Women's Studies from Western University.
