François Brais

François Brais serves as the Managing Partner for the Québec region at Fasken, a role held since September 2010, where significant expertise in business law focusing on the investment management industry has been developed. Prior to this position, François Brais was a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from October 2007 to September 2010 and at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP from December 1998 to September 2007. Educational qualifications include a Barreau degree from École du Barreau (1998), a Baccalauréat en droit from Université de Montréal (1997), a Bachelor of Commerce in International Management and Management of Information Systems from the University of Ottawa (1995), and a French Baccalaureat from Institut Le Rosey (1991).
