Geoff Pedlow is a seasoned business lawyer and board member with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate commercial matters specifically for technology companies and their investors. As a Partner at Fasken since September 2016 and a Board Member at New Ventures BC since June 2023, Geoff has been instrumental in advising businesses at various growth stages. Previous roles include Associate at Dentons and Backpack Buddies BC, as well as Early legal experience at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and UBC Real Estate Division. Geoff holds a JD in Business Law from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance Major from McGill University, along with completion of the Canadian Securities Course (Honours).
