Gillian Round

Gillian Round is a Partner in Labour, Employment, and Human Rights at Fasken, where they represent employers in various employment-related matters, including labour disputes and human rights complaints. They previously served as an Associate and Articled Student at Fasken from 2017 to 2023. Gillian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, a Master's Degree in Globalization Studies from McMaster University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood and Social Institutions from Western University. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Legal Research Assistant, as well as a Policy Analyst for the Government of British Columbia.
