Grant McGlaughlin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at Fasken since November 2018, Grant previously held the position of Corporate and Securities Partner at Goodmans LLP from January 2000 to November 2018. Grant holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the University of Regina.
