Lars Brusven

Lars Brusven is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP, where they represent clients in various litigation matters including commercial disputes, professional liability, and class actions. With a background as Litigation Counsel at the Department of Justice and experience at a leading litigation boutique, Lars has advocated before all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada. They earned a joint JD/MA from the University of Ottawa and Carleton University, where they took on leadership roles in legal publications and excelled in advocacy competitions. Previously, Lars also contributed to research at the University of Victoria and held summer positions in litigation.
