Lucy Sun

Lucy Sun currently serves as a Litigation Associate at Fasken, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy was an Associate focusing on Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Appeals at Lerners LLP from October 2020 to September 2023, and an Articling Student at the same firm from July 2019 to May 2020. Academic experience includes positions as a Research Assistant to Professor Gail Henderson at Queen's Law, a researcher for the TradeLab International Economic Law Clinic, and a Teaching Assistant for Law 202/702 (Aboriginal Law). Lucy gained practical legal experience as a Legal Intern at the Urban Justice Center in the summer of 2017. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education Certificate in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Queen's Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Joint Honours in English Literature and Political Science from McGill University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Colonel By Secondary School.
