Michael Stephens

Michael Stephens is a Partner at Fasken Martineau in Vancouver, specializing in technology mergers and acquisitions, corporate issues, and business strategy. They have extensive experience representing companies at various stages of development, particularly early-stage entrepreneurs and start-ups.
