Sarah Gingrich

Sarah Gingrich is a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, co-leading the Capital Markets and M&A Group and leading the Business Law Group in Calgary since February 2015. In addition to this role, Sarah serves on the ASC Securities Advisory Committee and is a Board Member and Chair of the Governance and Nominations Committee at Field Safe Solutions. With a robust legal background starting from an Associate position at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Dubai, Sarah has also held roles at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Sarah's education includes an LLB from Dalhousie University, an M.A. in Military History from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a B.A. in History from Western University, complemented by leadership training from Harvard Law School and a designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
