Scott Rozansky

Scott Rozansky is a seasoned lawyer and partner at Fasken, where Scott specializes in corporate law, emerging technologies, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Known for in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and start-ups, Scott has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs and investors on financing and venture capital strategies. Prior to joining Fasken in June 2023, Scott held prominent positions at Dentons and Fraser Milner Casgrain, focusing on securities, capital markets, and corporate governance. Scott began the legal career as a summer and articling law student at Ogilvy Renault. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from McGill University.
