Stephen Erlichman

Stephen Erlichman is an experienced legal professional and partner at Fasken since 1999, with a background in corporate governance and ESG. In addition, Stephen serves as Chair of ESG at Middlefield Group since 2021. Previously, Stephen held the role of Executive Director at the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance from September 2011 to June 2018, where efforts focused on promoting effective governance practices among Canadian public companies and aligning the interests of shareholders. Additionally, Stephen's career includes roles as a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and as a principal at RBC, along with experience as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Stephen holds an MBA from Harvard University, an LLM from New York University, and an LLB from the University of Toronto.
