Stuart Brotman

Stuart Brotman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring, currently serving as the Partner and Global Insolvency and Restructuring Group Leader at Fasken since October 2006. In addition to this role, Stuart is a member of the Partnership Board and Chair of the Ontario Region Finance Committee. Prior to joining Fasken, Stuart worked as an Associate at Goodman and Carr LLP from 1998 to 2006. Academic credentials include an MBA/LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business, as well as a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Western University. Education was initiated at York Mills Collegiate.
