Will Westeringh

Will Westeringh, QC, serves as the Managing Partner for the BC Region at Fasken since 1989, overseeing the operations of the Vancouver and Surrey offices, which include over 150 lawyers and 200 staff. Westeringh is a member of the Firm's Partnership Board and Management Committee, and leads the firmwide Construction Litigation practice. With a strong background in product liability, aviation, mining, insurance, and commercial litigation, Westeringh has appeared as counsel in various legal proceedings, including mediations, arbitrations, and at all levels of British Columbia's courts, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Educational qualifications include an LLB from The University of British Columbia (1988) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the same institution (1984). Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of British Columbia from 1988 to 1989.
