Thomas Kim is an experienced analytics and data engineer with a strong background in software development and deep learning. They served as the head of the data engineering group at SOCAR from 2019 to 2023, where they led the construction and maintenance of data platforms and pipelines. Previously, they were a software development team leader at PeeringPortal, developing a hybrid P2P media transmission framework. Currently, Thomas leads the AI & Data team at FASSTO, focusing on building data pipelines and developing data-driven products for operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Seoul National University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Korea University.
