Roy Eilon

Roy Eilon currently serves as General Counsel at Fast Corporation since 2025. Previously, Roy held positions as a Senior Associate in Corporate and Commercial law at Porat Group from 2024 to 2025, and as a Board Member at The Fly during 2023-2024. As General Counsel for TipRanks from 2022 to 2024, Roy was involved in a significant acquisition by Prytek. Other notable roles include Director of Investments at Orange Blossom Ventures Ltd. (2020-2021), and as an associate focusing on high tech and startups at Gornitzky GNY (2017-2020). Roy began a legal career as a legal intern at Shibolet & Co. and served as a Commissioned Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 2007 to 2010. Eilon holds an LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law and an LL.B from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, along with a practical engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Israel Nautical College.
