Fast Fish Consulting (FFC) is an independent scientific and operational consulting firm founded and led by Dr. Matthew P. Hoffman. The firm bridges the gap between rigorous life-sciences expertise and on-the-ground realities of emerging industries — from cannabis and hemp to nutraceuticals, plant-based medicine, biotech diagnostics, and medical devices.

Since 2017, FFC has advised clients across the Americas, Europe, and Africa on operations, compliance, licensing, M&A due diligence, and capital formation. The firm applies biotech-grade standards — GMP, GPP, EU-GMP, FDA regulatory frameworks, and molecular diagnostics expertise — to sectors that have historically operated without them, creating measurable advantages for clients in compliance, quality, yield, and market positioning.

FFC is built to move. Small, expert, and unrestricted by bureaucracy, the firm operates the way its name implies: light, fast, and purposeful. Dr. Hoffman takes on select engagements where he can make direct, significant impact — restructuring operations, designing quality management systems under strict regulatory compliance, winning competitive state licenses, leading capital raises, and overseeing M&A transactions.
