Rosie Dalling

Rosie Dalling is a seasoned executive coach and leadership facilitator with extensive experience in coaching and training leaders across various industries, including tech, finance, and pharmaceuticals. As the Founder and Principal Coach of The Boost Global, Rosie focuses on enhancing performance through executive coaching and leadership training. Additionally, Rosie serves as an Executive Coach for The Fast Forward Group and Head Coach at LifeHikes®, working with clients such as Amazon and Tik Tok. Rosie's previous roles include Director of Product Development at Donmar Warehouse, where leadership capabilities were cultivated within a large team, and a sequence of positions at Engine Group, contributing to client services development. Rosie holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Linguistics from King's College London and further training from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
