FAST is a boutique structured capital provider aiding multifamily construction and acquisition projects nationwide. The FAST platform provides capital for entrepreneurial developers/sponsors to affordably optimize leverage and activate projects in ways that larger institutional capital sources cannot. FAST's competitive advantage is its ability to be highly responsive to clients' goals and financially engineer each investment to best suit the objectives of the sponsor and maximize their ROE.

Preferred equity investor and direct mezzanine lender providing creative capital solutions for real estate developers, owners and entrepreneurs. We specialize in small to medium construction and asset-improvement financing ($1.5mm-$7mm) for commercial projects and properties nationwide.
Our investment is structured as “Rented Equity”, allowing the principal to maintain full project control, and meet traditional equity requirements of senior lenders, without sacrificing ownership.
