Faye R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and counterterrorism. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Fastback since August 2023, Faye previously worked as a Threat Analyst at Interfor International and held multiple roles at The Counterterrorism Group, including Team Lead for AFRICOM and Counterterrorism Analyst Intern. Additional experience includes a Foreign Policy Internship at AJC Global and a position as a Community Service Officer with the University of California Police Department. Faye holds a Master's degree in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, complemented by a Certificate in Crime Scene Investigation.
