John Cornwell has over 30 years of experience in the IT services industry. John began their career in 1986 as the Regional Director and General Manager of Software Alternatives, Inc., where they were responsible for operations, P&L, enterprise IT services, and sales management. In 1991, they became the State & Local Government Sales Leader for Oracle, Sun, and STK. John then moved on to Hewlett-Packard, Tandem Computers in 1993 as an Account Executive. In 1996, they became the Business Development Manager for Fujitsu, where they were responsible for an annual quota of $47.5M, working with Civilian Federal Agencies. In 2008, they were appointed as the Director of Federal Civilian Sales for Micro Focus. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Senior Director of Business Development for the Civil Sector at Keane Federal Systems Inc., where they led new logo Civilian Agency Campaigns and achieved new logo awards. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Business Development and T4 Program Manager for Pro-Sphere Tek, where they were tasked as Capture and Team Builder on Pro-Sphere Tek July 2013 single award SDVOSB win on the VA T4 $12.5B Contract. In 2013, they became the Account Capture Solution Architect for HP Enterprise Services, US Department of Homeland Security. Since 2015, they have been the Vice President Sales and Outside Board Director for the GeoDimensional Decision Group, LLC., where they are also the Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
John Cornwell attended Furman University from 1973 to 1978 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration.
