Andy Gappa has extensive experience in quality management, serving as the Director of Quality at Fastenal Company since March 2005. In this role, Andy has acted as the Global Quality Manager for the company's largest OEM and MRO customer accounts, implementing tailored Quality Management Systems across various industries. Andy manages Fastenal’s global ISO 9001 registered quality management system and leads teams in developing customized quality systems for strategic customers. Additional responsibilities include conducting internal and external quality audits and collaborating with customers on various quality-related projects. Prior to Fastenal, Andy worked at Watlow Controls in electronic assembly. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Winona State University.
