Carr Smith

Carr Smith is a solutions-focused professional dedicated to strengthening supply chains through innovative automated technology, local support, and strategic partnerships. They worked for Baylor Scott & White Health for seven years as a Financial Counselor, coordinating benefits and assisting patients with financial plans. Carr joined Fastenal in 2015 as an Outside Sales Representative and became the General Manager of the Richland Hills store in April 2017. Currently, they serve as the General Manager of the Fastenal Commercial Fulfillment Center in Temple, TX, where they focus on building local partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings. Carr holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University.
